1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Mini Lemon Experiences (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all services, including but not limited to event planning, conference advisory, and custom experience design. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Mini Lemon Experiences provides full-service event planning and strategic event support, including conferences, corporate experiences, pop-ups, and personal events such as weddings and private celebrations. All services are custom and outlined in individual client agreements or proposals.
3. Payment Terms
A signed contract and deposit (or full payment) are required to secure services. We accept ACH transfers and major credit cards. No refunds will be provided for services rendered. Cancellation policies will be outlined in individual agreements.
Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate allowed by law) on outstanding balances.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Accurate event information and access to venues
Permits and permissions required by governing bodies
Conduct and behavior of attendees and guests
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government orders, pandemics, or any act of God.
In such cases, Mini Lemon Experiences may, at its discretion, apply your payment toward rescheduled services or retain it to cover costs incurred.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mini Lemon Experiences is not liable for:
Injuries or accidents during the event
Loss or damage of personal property
Event disruptions due to third-party vendors or venue policies
Our liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the total fees paid by the client for services provided.
7. Use of Event Photos
We respect your privacy. We may request permission to use event photos for promotional purposes on our website or social media. No photos will be published without your written consent.
8. User Data
By submitting our contact form or booking services, you agree to our collection and internal use of your data. We will not sell your data to third parties.
9. Social Media & Reviews
We welcome and encourage you to tag us and leave reviews. We reserve the right to repost tagged content with credit unless you request otherwise.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If services are canceled by the client before the event, the following fees may apply:
50% of total cost if canceled within 30 days of the event
100% of total cost if canceled within 14 days of the event
If cancellation is due to force majeure, we will evaluate refund or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, CA.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
